Return and exchange policy

- Provide the original invoice or your order number upon purchase.


The purchase period should not exceed 7 days.


- The return policy applies to all new products only, provided that the product is in its packaging in the same original condition as new (in its packaging) when purchased and has not been used or used or has not been used at all.


- The customer shall bear all return costs to the store's headquarters located in Dammam.


- Order cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel the order before delivering the shipment to the shipping company. If the shipment is canceled after the order is executed, only the product value will be refunded, the shipment value will be deducted, and the electronic payment commission will be deducted. This includes free shipping. When the shipment is canceled after its implementation, the value of the consignment policy will be deducted from the product.


- The value of shipping the product to the customer's site and the amount (according to the price of the registered shipping company) (the value that our store bears for free shipping to the customer in the event of receiving the product or not receiving it) is deducted from the customer's account in the event of a return, in addition to the electronic payment fees. The remaining amount will be returned within 3 working days after the store receives the product and makes sure that it is in its original condition using the same payment method that was made by the customer.


- In the event that the customer receives a product that is contrary to the specifications or colors mentioned in our store, the store shall bear all costs of returning the product and refund the customer’s full amount in case he does not wish to exchange.


- Any products ordered with special specifications for the customer (such as root or any requests related to device programming) are not returned and void the warranty.


Accessories are not subject to the return and exchange policy.


The warranty is one year for all new Red Magic devices sold with their packaging on manufacturing defects only with the parent company located in China. The warranty card and the device box are required. The period of shipping and receiving the device ranges from 12 to 20 weeks, due to the lack of an agent in Saudi Arabia.

When requesting maintenance of the device on warranty, the examination costs 200 riyals, including delivery and receipt of the commodity from the customer.

The warranty does not include misuse or bruising. In the device, as some of the sensitive internal parts of the device are affected by the fall, such as the camera sensor, some capacitors, AC, voltages, and touch screen.

When ordering the device with the root, the device will be unpacked for watering (therefore, when the customer wishes to cancel the purchase, 30% of the product value will be deducted, given that the packaging has been opened, and the device will be sold as used).

Upon paying the deposit and canceling the order before the end of the time required to provide the commodity, the customer is not entitled to claim the deposit (the required time is 6-14 working days), except for weekends.

If the root request is made through the website or through WhatsApp... and the request is canceled, then an amount of 30% is deducted from the value of the device, the value of unpacking the device and selling it as a used or open carton.

Smart watches that support the electronic chip support the Kingdom’s frequencies, and the customer has no right to retrieve the used watch in the event that the service was disrupted by the telecom companies, or it was stopped or banned.

We have nothing to do with international customs duties between countries and we cannot bear them.
