Return and exchange policy

1- Provide the original invoice or your order number when purchasing.


2- The purchase period should not exceed 7 days.


3- The return policy applies to all new products only, provided that the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased, and has not been used or benefited from, or has never been used at all.


4- The customer bears all costs of returning the goods to the store's headquarters located in Dammam.


5- Order Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel the order before the shipment is delivered to the shipping company. If the shipment is canceled after the order has been executed, the product value will be refunded, the shipment value and the electronic payment commission will be deducted. This includes free shipping. If the shipment is canceled after it has been executed, the shipping policy value will be deducted from the product.


6- The shipping cost to the customer's location (as per the shipping company's rate) will be deducted from the customer's account upon return, in addition to any applicable electronic payment fees. This includes the shipping cost our store covers for free shipping to the customer, regardless of whether the product is received or not. The remaining balance will be refunded within 3 business days after the store receives the product and verifies that it is in its original condition, using the same payment method used by the customer.


7- If payment is made via Tabby or Tamara, and the order is canceled by the customer, the customer will bear the cancellation fees, in addition to the shipping fees if the product has already been shipped (6). The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 business days after the store receives the product and verifies that it is in its original condition as stated (3).


8- If the customer receives a product that does not conform to the specifications or colors mentioned in our store, the store will bear all costs of returning the product and will refund the customer the full amount if he does not wish to exchange it.


9- Any products ordered with special specifications for the customer (such as rooting or any requests related to device programming) will not be returned and will void the warranty.


10- Accessories are not subject to the return and exchange policy.


11- All new Red Magic devices sold in their original packaging come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only, provided the device is purchased from the parent company in China and has its warranty card and original box. Shipping and delivery times range from 12 to 20 weeks due to the lack of an authorized distributor in Saudi Arabia.


12- When requesting device maintenance under warranty, the inspection costs 200 riyals, including delivery and receiving the item from the customer.


13- The warranty does not cover misuse or bruises. Some sensitive internal components of the device, such as the camera sensor, capacitors, ICs, relays, and screen touch panel, may be affected by drops.


14- When ordering the device with root access, the device packaging will be unpacked for rooting (therefore, if the customer wishes to cancel the purchase, 30% of the product value will be deducted because the packaging has been opened and the device will be sold as used).


15- When the deposit is paid and the order is cancelled before the time required to provide the goods has ended, the customer is not entitled to claim the deposit (the required time is 6-14 working days), except for weekend holidays.


16- If the rooting request was made through the website or via WhatsApp... and the request was cancelled, then 30% of the device's value will be deducted as the cost of unpacking the device and selling it as used or with the box opened.


17- We have no connection to international customs duties between countries and we cannot bear them.
